Cancellation Policy

1. Withdrawal of Tuition Car Wise Wheels Driving Tuition reserves the right to withdraw the tuition car on the day of the driving test if, in the instructor’s opinion, the candidate is not at the required test standard. 2. Mechanical Breakdowns Wise Wheels Driving Tuition cannot be held responsible for cancellations of lessons due to mechanical breakdowns of the vehicle. 3. No-Show Policy If a client fails to attend a driving lesson and does not provide notice via phone or email, the lesson or course day will be charged in full. 4. Missed Appointments If a client fails to meet the instructor at the scheduled lesson time, the time will be deducted from the remaining duration of the lesson or course, and the client will be charged in full for the booked appointment. Please remember, as a client, you are paying for the instructor's time to teach you, which includes reserving specific start and finish times in the instructor's schedule. 5. Instructor Delays In the event that the instructor arrives slightly late due to circumstances beyond their control, efforts will be made to extend the lesson’s finish time by the same amount of time lost or to add the missed time to a future lesson. 6. Cancellation and Rescheduling If you need to cancel or reschedule your lesson, please log in and make the update at least 24 hours before your scheduled lesson time. Failure to cancel your booked lesson in the required time will result in the lesson being charged in full. 7. Legal Requirements It is a legal requirement for all candidates wishing to learn to drive to hold a provisional or full UK driver’s licence. Lessons cannot be conducted without this licence, as driving without one is a criminal offense. Candidates must present their licence to the instructor at the start of their first lesson. Failure to provide these details at the first lesson will result in a charge for that lesson. 8. Impairment Policy The pupil must not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that could impair their driving. If this occurs, the lesson will be cancelled, and the pupil will be required to pay the full fee to the instructor. 9. Smoking Policy Smoking is not permitted at any time during lessons with Wise Wheels Driving Tuition.
